If anyone on my flist has a fic rec or rec list for Charlie/Tonks, Bill/Tonks or Charlie/Tonks/Bill I am really pining for some right now. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I can't seem to find much of them.

[info]ragdoll is the girl for you! You might also want to try [info]inell. Those are the two people who immediately sprang to my head when I saw the pairings you listed.

I'll have to peruse inell's fic list again. I don't think ragdoll has a fic list up, unfortunately, but I remember reading recently a charlie/tonks/bill fic of hers that was really well done.
