We used to do this to our Beagle, I love that it works for cats as well.

I've seen our other two cats get INTO the laundry basket - with or without clothes. Never had them caught underneath and scoot around like that lol Apparently there are plenty other cats who do this sort of thing.

our younger cat lives loves to play like this. He'd do it all day if we'd let him.
