Post-Thanksgiving Update
Greetings flist!

Well, it's been quite a while since I posted, but I've been a very busy bee this past couple of weeks.

Last week I experienced my first American Thanksgiving. My hubby, shadowhawck and I visited friends in Michigan all last week, which was my first bit of time off in about 5 years. It was slightly different from our Canadian Thanksgiving, but I think most of that is attributed to the fact that the U.S. celebrates it so close to Christmas. I had green bean casserole for the first time, and it was very tasty. So, I hope everyone else who celebrated had a good time with family and friends, or even a quiet evening with a loved one or even loved pets.

In other exciting news, darkesthour_rpg's Beta run is set to begin on Wednesday, November 28th!!!!! We're very excited to get started, and the Beta will be open posts so watchers can read along for the next month, and comment in darkestwatchers. Stay tuned for the date when open casting will commence - there are a TON of characters that need players, including, but not limited to, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Arthur Weasley, Molly Weasley, Bill Weasley, Fleur Weasley, any characters that were involved in Dumbledore's Army and many more.

So aside from all the exciting stuff, it's Monday. *sigh*

I've never had that green bean caserole, must be an american thing. With the fried onions on top and everything?? I know they do sweet potatoes with marshmallows in 'em, I wonder how that tastes.

Anyways..... FUCKIN SWEET ZOMBIE JESUS.... LET'S PLAY DAMMIT!! I can't wait till Wednesday!! I needs to write *twitches slightly*

	No yams, surprisingly enough. I was kind of disappointed LOL Yeps, with the fried onions and everything. Was tasty and I don't like mushy, saucy stuff too much. EEEEEEEE!!!!! So excited - got a bunch of great people and charries so far. Can't wait! (Reply to this) (Parent)
